- Monthly Wash Membership allows for one wash per day for the registered vehicle for a one-month period following the activation/recharge date of the plan.
- Plan membership requires installation of an RFID membership sticker on the windshield.
- Plan membership is purchased with a credit or debit card. The monthly rate for the first month is charged to the member’s card at the time of purchase which is the activation date of your plan. The monthly rate is automatically charged to the same card on the same date each month, or until the plan is cancelled or terminated.
- Members must contact Pinckney Auto Wash to update their account when the relevant information changes (telephone number, email address or credit card information).
- Members must contact Pinckney Auto Wash if registered vehicle’s tag is damaged or windshield is replaced. Tag will be deactivated and new tag issued.
- If a member wishes to cancel their plan, a request must be made at least SEVEN DAYS prior to the members recharge date via the Pinckney Auto Wash website portal. Cancellation is complete when the member receives an electronic cancellation confirmation. If you wish to make an in-person cancellation request it can be done at the Pinckney Auto Wash location at least SEVEN DAYS PRIOR to recharge date. A cancellation request may not be completed via phone, voicemail, or any other form of messaging service.
- If Pinckney Auto Wash is unable to process a monthly recharge to a member’s credit or debit card, the plan will be deactivated.
- If a tag is tampered with, or the plan is used in any way inconsistent with its terms and conditions, then the plan will be immediately terminated and all monies will be forfeited. • If tag is dishonestly used on any vehicle other than the registered vehicle, then the plan will be immediately terminated, all monies will be forfeited, and the full retail rate of said washes will be charged to the customer’s credit or debit card.
- Tags remain the property of Pinckney Auto Wash and must be surrendered upon request.
- No refund or credit is given for any unused portion of a plan due to cancellation or termination.
- The plan may not be combined with any other coupon or offer.
- Plans, rates and terms of conditions are subject to change.
- In the event that plan rates change, the new rates will be posted on site 30 days in advance prior to effect and will be charged on the member’s next monthly recharge.

- Pinckney Auto Wash reserves the right to close on holidays, during power outages, inclement weather or for repairs and maintenance.
